To hire Data entry Operators, the examination process consists of two stages:

Preliminary Examination:

This is an OMR Answer Book-based Multiple Choice Objective Test. Successful candidates will then proceed to the next stages.

Typing Tests:

This includes a Hindi and English Typing Test (Computer-Based) and an M.S. Office Word Processing Test (Computer-Based).

• The typing test will be conducted at a speed of 30 words per minute for both Hindi and English.
• The test duration is 10 minutes, with a permissible error of 1.5%.
• For Data Entry Operator recruitment, there will be a 1-hour M.S. Office Word Processing test, with 50 marks for Hindi and 50 for English, totaling 100 marks.
• To qualify, candidates must score a minimum of 30% in the Office Word Processing test, which is mandatory for the merit list.
• Candidates who do not pass the Typing Test or M.S. Office Word Processing Test will not be eligible for direct recruitment.
