Union Bank Credit Manager Vacancy 2024 Selection Process

Online Examination

The structure of the Online Written Examination, if conducted, will be online and will consist of the following tests:

The examination for the post will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions assessing professional knowledge, totaling 200 marks. Candidates will have a total duration of 120 minutes to complete the examination.

In the online examination, candidates will face a penalty for incorrect answers. If a candidate provides a wrong answer, one-fourth or 25% of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty from their score. However, if a question is left blank with no answer marked by the applicant, no penalty will be imposed for that question.

Personal Interview

Candidates selected for the Personal Interview will be ranked based on their performance in the online examination. Those meeting the minimum qualifying marks and ranking high will be invited.

The interview, worth 50 marks, assesses academic and job knowledge, communication skills, and suitability for the position.

General/EWS candidates need 25 marks, and Reserved Category candidates need 22.5 marks to qualify.

Failure to meet these marks will disqualify candidates. Interview calls will be in a ratio of 1:3 against vacancies, subject to modification by the bank.

Group Discussion

For Group Discussion (GD), the maximum marks are 50, with minimum qualifying marks set at 25 for General/EWS and 22.5 for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC). Only candidates meeting these minimum GD marks will proceed to the Personal Interview stage.

Merely participating in the GD does not guarantee an interview invitation.
