SIDBI Senior Investment Associate Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The selection process for this position includes:

1. Qualifications and Experience: Higher AFC and/or position may be considered for exceptionally qualified or very experienced candidates with a proven track record.

2. Compensation: In addition to the Annual Fixed Compensation (AFC), candidates will receive Performance Pay based on the annual performance review, as per company policy.

3. Accommodation: No residential accommodation is provided by SVCL.

4. Challenging Work Environment: The company offers a challenging work environment. Applicants with a high-performance track record are invited to apply with a detailed resume, including present and expected Cost to Company (CTC).

5. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria, including age, educational qualification, and work experience, as of December 23, 2023, and provide accurate information in the application form.
